Market Administrator Producer Test Results User Instructions

The Atlanta Market Administrator currently tests nonmember farm bulk milk tank samples. These samples are received from handlers and tested for milk components on a weekly basis. This and other monitoring steps, including sending raw milk control samples to industry testing laboratories, are done to assure accurate producer payment tests.

Regulations of the Southeast and Florida Orders currently include a provision that authorizes a deduction for marketing services.  These funds pay for the Market Administrator (MA) to provide, along with market information and other services, a sample and  test verification program on behalf of producers who are not cooperative members and cooperative members who are not receiving  such services from a cooperative association.

As part of the test verification process, the Atlanta Market Administrator is providing the opportunity for you to view your  MA test results online via the Internet. An example account has been established for you to view some mock-up test results. Just click on this  "Producer Test Results" link.  You will be prompted for a login name and password.

Login Name: Dairy             Password: Market

Once you have accessed the data information page, a number of options are available to you. You can view test results for the components tested. The default component view is "Fat" and the default date range covers the previous eight weeks. For additional information just select a component, enter a date range and click on the "Create Graph" button to view the corresponding test results. There will be no data listed prior to January 2002.

Please be advised that some of these individual test results may not be included in the calculation of your monthly average pay test.

If you currently have an Internet connection and would like to view your component test results online please send an email to LabTests@fmmatlanta.com.  Please provide us with the following:

1) Producer/Farm Name      2) Email address     3) Phone Number   4) Producer Number

Your Login ID and Password will be emailed to the email address you have provided above.  Once your account has been initialized, you will be able to change your password online if you so desire.

Note: All e-mail to the MA office passes through a security filter and occasionally some e-mails are marked as a security risk and not delivered to the LabTests mailbox. If you do not receive your ID and password within one week, please contact the MA lab by telephone at 770-682-2501.
