1/ Release of Aggregated Statistical Information 

7 CFR §900.210 (c) allows for information that is otherwise considered confidential to be combined and published in the form of general statistical studies or data in which the identify of the person furnishing such information or from whom it was obtained shall not be disclosed. At any aggregate level, the statistical information must contain the information of not less three (3) persons.  A person is defined as any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other business unit.  This definition would include handlers and producers as defined in the Order Regulating the Handling of Milk (7 CFR §1000-1199) and any other persons whose information is acquired in the normal course of business.
